Tickets purchased cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. The organizer is not liable for any damage or loss once the ticket has been issued.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or resold outside official channels may be deemed invalid. Only tickets bought through approved sources will be honored for event entry.
The organizer will only provide assistance to the original ticket purchaser for issues such as refunds for canceled or rescheduled events, or for resolving duplicate transactions. Third-party purchasers or ticket holders are not eligible for this assistance.
The ticket holder agrees not to photograph, video record, or transmit any description, account, image, or reproduction of the event. Violation of this policy may result in ticket revocation without a refund, and any recordings or images may be confiscated or deleted by event staff.
The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event. The ticket holder releases the organizer and its agents from all claims arising from such risks.
By attending the event, the ticket holder consents to the use of their image or likeness in any photographs, videos, or other media produced by the organizer for promotional, broadcast, or other purposes, without compensation or prior approval.
Refunds or exchanges for tickets will only be offered at the sole discretion of the organizer. All sales are considered final unless otherwise indicated by the event organizers.
The event's date, time, or venue is subject to change. In the case of any such changes, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify the ticket holder, but it is ultimately the attendee's responsibility to stay informed of updates.
The ticket holder is required to attend the event on the specific date and time selected during the purchase process. Entry will only be permitted for the show corresponding to the selected date and time. Any changes or rescheduling requests must be communicated with the organizer prior to the event date and are subject to approval.
